Gent.ma dr.ssa Aponte,gi\u00e0 in passato avevamo sottoposto alla Sua attenzione questa problematica e alla luce della recente disposizione di riportare l’orario di chiusura dei locali di Torremaggiore (bar, pub, pizzerie, ristoranti\u2026) alle ore 1 del mattino ha creato notevoli disagi non solo per gli esercenti commerciali colpiti, ma anche tra i numerosi giovani della citt\u00e0.<\/p>\n

Oltre al danno economico arrecato agli operatori, avviene, infatti, che dopo la chiusura dei locali, molti giovani usano le automobili per trasferirsi nei paesi limitrofi (soprattutto la vicina San Severo che ha orari di chiusura ben diversi), non assoggettati a queste restrizioni, con gravissimi rischi connessi agli spostamenti notturni.<\/p>\n

Alla luce di quanto sopra si chiede all S. V. se non ritiene opportuno di voler disporre il prolungamento della chiusura alle 3 del mattino, con divieto di diffondere musica dopo le 24 (per la tutela della quiete pubblica) o l\u00e0 dove non fosse possibile, quanto meno a modificare gli orari di chiusura nel weekend e nei giorni festivi. Si assicura la piena collaborazione di tutti gli esercenti da noi interpellati anche per quanto riguarda l\u2019aspetto della prevenzione delle devianze con il massimo rispetto del divieto di somministrazione di bevande alcooliche ai minori.<\/p>\n
