“L’aliquota dell’Imu sulla prima casa \u00e8 stata diminuita dal 6 per mille al 5.50 per mille. Numeri che sono stati evidenziati nell’ultimo consiglio comunale. Ecco perch\u00e9 suggerisco ai consiglieri di fare pi\u00f9 attenzione ai lavori dell’aula per non incorrere in pessime figure”. Cos\u00ec il sindaco di Torremaggiore Costanzo Di Iorio intende precisare quanto stabilito durante l’assise cittadina sull’Imposta municipale unica, sbugiardando chi ha sbandierato ai quattro venti che fosse stata aumentata l’aliquota sulla prima casa. “Nonostante queste manovre correttive siamo riusciti a rispettare il Patto di stabilit\u00e0, perch\u00e9 con i bilanci non si pu\u00f2 scherzare, come fatto in passato a Torremaggiore”. Costanzo Di Iorio, inoltre, fa sapere di aver provveduto, nei primi 100 giorni del suo mandato di sindaco, a ridare un certo decoro alla citt\u00e0, di aver creato una pesa pubblica a servizio della cittadinanza e di aver approvato un piano industriale per lo sviluppo della zona Pip che si attendeva da anni. “Spiace constatare che qualcuno si affidi ancora ad una politica spicciola da bancarella, soprattutto in un periodo difficile come questo – spiega il sindaco -, dove i cittadini hanno bisogno di risposte tanto dagli enti locali quanto dalla politica. Voglio ricordare che la campagna elettorale \u00e8 terminata da un pezzo e che tutto il Consiglio comunale dovrebbe contribuire a rendere Torremaggiore un Comune virtuoso”.<\/p>\n
