Nell\u2019 ambito della manifestazione \u201cNovelli in Corso\u201d, promossa dal Comune di Torremaggiore, Regione Puglia e altri enti (6 – 8 dicembre), il Consorzio Peranzana ha inteso proporre un convegno incentrato sull\u2019analisi delle potenzialit\u00e0 della filiera olivicolo – olearia del territorio attraverso l\u2019utilizzo degli strumenti di comunicazione e delle strategie di mercato. \u201cIl Consorzio, spiega il presidente dr Severino Carlucci, negli ultimi anni attraversa una fase di evoluzione verso i mercati di nicchia potendo contare su un sistema \u201coliva – olio\u201d, quale binomio sinergico, da cui \u00e8 possibile generare un \u201cvalore aggiunto\u201d utile a migliorare l\u2019immagine del territorio. Questo \u201cpercorso virtuoso\u201d fa leva su un programma di qualificazione e valorizzazione della variet\u00e0 che si intende condividere con il maggior numero di aziende olivicole, confezionatori e frantoi. Il brand \u201cPeranzana\u201d – aggiunge ancora il Presidente – rappresenta ormai un riferimento per il territorio pugliese, come dimostra anche la progressiva affermazione dell\u2019oliva da tavola che registra una importante
affermazione di vendite grazie alle sue eccelse qualit\u00e0 merceologico – sensoriali. L\u2019olio evo Peranzana presenta peculiarit\u00e0 distintive grazie alla forte emanazione del suo territorio,
storicamente vocato, a cui il Consorzio sta lavorando per rafforzare un\u2019immagine e un\u2019idea imprenditoriale vincente. Ad affermarlo il direttore, dr Nazzario D\u2019Errico, il quale precisa che da anni si lavora per una \u201cvision integrata\u201d intesa come costruzione del valore di un elemento territoriale che pu\u00f2 raggiungere livelli di eccellenza. Un altro \u201cvalore aggiunto\u201d in fase di costruzione necessario ad accrescere la competitivit\u00e0 delle imprese nei mercati internazionali in cui \u00e8 possibile individuare spazi commerciali in grado di apprezzare le sue caratteristiche qualitative e nutrizionali. Oggi diventa necessario differenziare le produzioni olearie per \u201csegmento qualitativo\u201d comunicando i vantaggi che un olio offre rispetto ai competitors; i caratteri distintivi non possono che passare attraverso la certificazione di qualit\u00e0, la tracciabilit\u00e0 e l\u2019analisi sensoriale utile sia per convalidare la tipicit\u00e0 e la
peculiarit\u00e0 dell\u2019olio Peranzana, considerate di fatto irriproducibili, sia per assicurare tutela e garanzia ad un consumatore moderno sempre pi\u00f9 informato e attento alla qualit\u00e0 nonch\u00e9 ai bisogni salutistici. La crisi del mercato dell\u2019olio ha interessato ormai anche la Spagna che nell\u2019ultimo decennio ha registrato un forte trend produttivo e continui successi commerciali. In un sistema globalizzato sempre pi\u00f9 destrutturato la competitivit\u00e0 delle imprese nei mercati non pu\u00f2 pi\u00f9 prescindere da una serie di processi come la pianificazione, il miglioramento della qualit\u00e0 degli oli e una efficiente rete commerciale integrata in un sistema di filiera. Queste prerogative sono necessarie anche per combattere le continue azioni fraudolente e le speculazioni dei prezzi di mercato che il comparto subisce senza difesa alcuna. Il convegno, che si svolger\u00e0 nel Castello Ducale di Torremaggiore, prevede l\u2019intervento di tecnici ed esperti del Consorzio, Coldiretti, ricercatori dell\u2019Universit\u00e0 ed analisti che affronteranno le tematiche del mercato e della qualit\u00e0 sensoriale anche in termini salutistici. Il programma prevede, infine, uno spazio dedicato ad alcune imprese del territorio che hanno contribuito con successo alla valorizzazione dell\u2019olio di Peranzana attraverso l\u2019abbinamento con altre tipicit\u00e0 affermate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
